Passenger Focus Public Report into Southeastern Rail Services

I have today received a copy of the Passenger Focus Report into rail users' views of services in the South East of England, including those in the Medway Towns.

The report makes for interesting reading, and notes that despite people being understandably unhappy with fare rises, they are generally satisfied with the service they receive.
